- 1 butternut squash with ends cut off, peeled, and seeds scooped out, sliced thinly
- 1 medium size white potatoes, wash, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
